About Sophia Grace Meet the Heart of Across Recipes

Welcome to the About Sophia Grace page, where you’ll get to know the person behind the cozy flavors and family favorites at Across Recipes. I’m Sophia Grace, a proud mom of three, passionate home cook, and recipe creator living just outside Nashville, Tennessee.

This blog started in a tiny kitchen with a big dream: to share quick, simple meals that nourish families, without stressing over time or budget. From air fryer brownies to flourless chocolate lava cakes, every recipe I post is something I’ve cooked and loved.

Why I Created Across Recipes

My Story From Spills to Success

The idea behind Across Recipes came from my real-life kitchen chaos. I wasn’t born a chef. I was just a busy mom trying to feed her family without spending hours in the kitchen. I burned rice. I mixed up baking soda and powder. But every flop taught me something.

That’s why I created Across Recipes to help others like me find joy in cooking. You’ll find recipes that are quick, forgiving, and don’t need fancy equipment. If I can make it work, you can too!

What You’ll Find Here

Simple, Tested Recipes for Real Life

On this blog, I focus on:

  • Air Fryer Desserts – like air fryer desserts and brownies that are ready in minutes.
  • Flourless Favorites – perfect for gluten-free living or just lighter indulgence.
  • Family Meals – comforting, affordable dishes anyone can make.

Try my Flourless Chocolate Lava Cake if you want something gooey and gluten-free. Or explore the full Air Fryer Desserts collection for sweet treats that skip the oven.

So I decided to share my kitchen with more people like me: home cooks who want to make real food for real families, without the stress or the fancy gadgets. I’m not about perfection I’m about encouragement. If you’re standing over your stove wondering if you’re doing it right, know that I’ve been there too. I want to help you trust your instincts, laugh at the flops, and celebrate the little wins (like getting your toddler to eat broccoli!).

Cooking, to me, is an everyday kind of magic. It brings people to the table, starts conversations, and creates memories that last longer than leftovers. If I can help you find joy in making a simple meal whether it’s your first grilled cheese or your fiftieth lasagna then I’ve done my job.

Thanks for being here. Let’s cook something wonderful together.

Love,
Sophia Grace
